ENVENTION, a leader in warfare automation solutions, begins a celebration of its tenth year of business serving the US Government and supporting our local community. Tina Sudberry Barnes and David Ramsden founded the company in 2010 with a vision of providing innovation and value for the customer while creating a strong work-family culture of opportunity and mutual support. In 2019, ENVENTION welcomed John Jordan to its senior leadership team, joining Tina and David in the effort to continue ENVENTION’s growth and expand its horizons.
ENVENTION develops key software capabilities that are used by our soldiers and international partners worldwide as well as assists in solving complex systems engineering and interoperability challenges. The company is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and supports the community in multiple ways with a focus on supporting our educators and schools.

“We’ve gone from a start-up with Tina using her dining room as an office and me working on early projects in my basement to an INC 5000 company with headquarters in Cummings Research Park,” said Ramsden. “It’s hard to believe that we’ve come this far in ten years. We owe so much to the incredible team and extended family members at ENVENTION that made it all happen.”
