HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (August 28, 2019) – Today, enVention, a leader in warfare automation solutions, is pleased to announce that John Jordan will assume leadership responsibilities as its President effective immediately. He joined the enVention team in January 2019 as an executive advisor to help the company refine strategies and execute its next phase of growth.
Before joining enVention, Jordan worked as Senior Vice President overseeing operations of the KBRWyle Engineering Business Unit, which included 3,000 employees at 35 locations nationwide and provided a broad spectrum of systems engineering, software development and test and evaluation services as well as data analytics, logistics and other disciplines. In a role prior to that, he served as the President of the Wyle CAS Group where he provided general management over similar business operations in Huntsville, Colorado Springs, Aberdeen, Lawton, Omaha, El Segundo, and Washington, DC. At CAS Group he oversaw 1200 employees supporting federal, commercial, and international customers. During his 35 year tenure at CAS, he held key leadership roles through four corporate acquisitions as well as served on charitable and joint venture Boards of Directors.

Jordan holds a Master’s of Management Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Master’s of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Ala. He completed his undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University with double majors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He received multiple corporate awards and customer recognitions during his career both as an engineer and business leader.
