NEW YORK, August 15, 2018 – Inc. magazine today ranked enVention® on its 37th annual Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment— its independent small and midsized businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.
There’s fast growth–and then there’s Inc. 5000 fast growth. Collectively, the companies on this year’s list amassed $206.2 billion in revenue in 2017, up 158 percent from $79.8 billion in 2014.
“enVention is proud to be recognized on the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies,” said enVention® co-CEO David Ramsden, “as this is a testament to the hard work of our employees and the great partnerships with our customers which contribute to the success of the company.”

As a technology services startup founded by a group of friends & colleagues, the company’s corporate culture maintains a fundamental belief in recruiting entrepreneurial software engineering professionals. enVention® focuses on slow, steady growth, one employee at a time, with the belief that quality supersedes quantity.
In fact, since its founding eight years ago with two employees, the company continues to regard its team as an extended family—not only encouraging career success, but also an obligation to support employees’ families and an enriched life outside of the workplace. This is exhibited by their 3 year running selection as a Winner of Best Places to Work by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Its executive team also mentors employees and includes them in key company decisions and activities.
enVention® is commandeered by Co-Founders Tina Sudberry Barnes (CEO) and David Ramsden (co-CEO), and Dr. Glenn Weathers (COO).
